This is where our consumer survey comes in!
A few weeks ago, my team and I have designed a survey where consumers were asked to answer questions on how they shopped before coronavirus, during coronavirus and how they thought they’d be shopping after.
We’ve conducted this survey on more than 1,850 individuals all over the UK, gathered these data and blended them into our insights on the matter.
The goal in all of this? Helping retailers come back from a very difficult situation and adapt to what retail will look like in just a few weeks.
